Can I order a dress in a colour that isn’t part of the range?

Yes, you can. This will incur an additional cost of £20. Please email us at: to further discuss your requirements.

Can I place a telephone order?

We only take orders and payment online via our website checkout system.

Bespoke orders will be taken via the Bespoke service and an invoice will be sent to you.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide to Europe, North and South America, Africa and beyond.

What courier do you use?

We use UPS for all UK and International deliveries. If we need to use a different courier you will be notified upon dispatch of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders take up to 48 hours to process.

Our Made-to-Order dresses take up to 14 days to complete before then being shipped to you (see shipping costs). You will then be notified as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey on the courier’s website.

What about Customs charges?

Deliveries outside Europe may be subject to a customs charge as international trade policies vary by country. This charge is payable by you or the recipient; the courier will not release items until this charge is paid.

What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

Made-to-Order dresses can be returned for free or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the item.

For exchanges, if there is a difference in price, we will refund or invoice you the difference in price. We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on Made-to-Measure or Bespoke items.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return, please send an email to: Please provide detailed information, including the reason for return. A member of our team will email you a prepaid returns label for you to print and attach to your returns parcel. Please ensure that the dress is in its original condition, with tags/labels still attached.

NOTE: Please use a traceable postal service for your parcel and keep the tracking number.

For international returns, please select ‘Returning items’ on the label to avoid customs charges.

How long will it take to process a refund?

Once we have received the item in its original condition, it will take 2-5 workings days for the refund to reflect in your account.
