What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
Made-to-Order dresses can be returned for free or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the item.
For exchanges, if there is a difference in price, we will refund or invoice you the difference in price. We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on Made-to-Measure or Bespoke items.
How do I return an item?
To arrange a return, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide detailed information, including the reason for return. A member of our team will email you a prepaid returns label for you to print and attach to your returns parcel. Please ensure that the dress is in its original condition, with tags/labels still attached.
NOTE: Please use a traceable postal service for your parcel and keep the tracking number.
For international returns, please select ‘Returning items’ on the label to avoid customs charges.
How long will it take to process a refund?
Once we have received the item in its original condition, it will take 2-5 workings days for the refund to reflect in your account.
